LUIGI STELLA
Supervisory Board Chairman
Graduated cum laude in Law at Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, in 2003 he accomplished the Master of Laws at the Law School of Columbia University (New York). In January 2008 he obtained the title of PhD in Comparative Criminal Law at the University of Pavia.
Managing Partner of the Stella Law Firm since 2006, he has gained specific expertise, both judicial and extrajudicial, in the various sectors of corporate criminal law.
Since several years he holds the position of member of the Supervisory Board of various companies belonging to industrial and financial groups.
FABIO CORNO
Supervisory Board Member
Fabio Corno, Chartered Accountant and Auditor is managing partner of Studio Corno. For over thirty years he has been working alongside companies and entrepreneurs in strategic reorientation projects, international corporate development and generational handover.
He fulfills the role of Statutory and Director auditor of national and international companies. Since 2005 he has been Associate Professor of Business Administration and Director of the MAIB – Triple Degree Master in International Business Development at the University of Milan – Bicocca.
He is the author of monographs and articles about business development, intangible assets, ethics in corporate governance, IAS financial statements and control systems.
FRANCESCA MARIA BOSCO
Supervisory Board Member
Francesca Maria Bosco is the Legal Officer of Cariplo Factory S.r.l. Benefit company since May 2021. She graduated in Law at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome in 2015. Lawyer since 2018, she worked in the family law firm in the civil and commercial law sector.
She obtained the title of Master of Laws in Law of Internet Technology at the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan in 2020.
