Extraordinary Talent is an experimental methodology developed by Cariplo Factory, in collaboration with Fondazione Cariplo, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan and Piano C.

We are partners of Accenture Italia, together with Samsung, Job Farm, Assolombarda, Randstad and Federturismo, to increase the employment opportunities of young talents.
Summer Camp
CODING, VIDEO, GAMING, ROBOTICS
Fun? Yes, but also responsibility. Our Summer Camps become an opportunity for girls and boys, between 8 and 13 years, to reflect on their physical and digital identity and experience an active and conscious role in the use of technologies.
A 99 Laude Talent
99 e Lode, promoted by iO Donna, in collaboration with Cariplo Factory and Fastweb Digital Academy, aims to enhance and support female talents, offering to 99 young women graduated with a vote between 100 and 110 the opportunity to participate to a free week of training and guidance on the most requested digital skills on the market.
